Hall Rental Fee Schedule |
- Basic Hall Rental: $400.00
Basic rental fee is based on a 5 hour activity.
Includes cups and ice.
- Basic Picnic Area Rental: $200.00
Based on a 5 hour activity.
Use of outside restrooms included.
- Combined use of both Hall and Picnic Area: $550.00
- Discounts
Associate Member: 10%
Active Member: $25%
- Deposits
Hall: $200.00. Property damage and excess cleanup.
Picnic Area: $75.00. Refundable if all trash is in proper
containers and no damages.

| Options |
- Use of property over basic time is $100.00 per hour.
- Open Bar. Liquor to be purchased from F.O.P. Lodge 36.
- Beer: $100.00 per keg.
- Bartender(s): $10.00 per hour plus tips.
- Waiter/Waitress: $8.00 per hour plus tips.
- Security: Police Officer, Union scale wages per hour.
- Catering: Provided by Catering by Billie at $11.00 per person.

| Terms |
- ½ down due at booking
- Final payment due in cash 48 hours prior to the event.
- Eligible deposit refunds will be mailed within 48 hours after the
conclusion of the event.
